Print and Copy Services Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage digital imaging, scheduling, and production of color and black and white print jobs.
• Prioritize workflows and manage large-scale production orders to ensure timely completion.
• Operate production machinery including digital presses, bindery equipment, cutters, and laminators.
• Provide consultative service to customers by suggesting materials, providing quotes, and answering inquiries.
• Maintain University standards of corporate identity and branding across all print products.
• Perform finishing services and assist with the installation of large format vinyl graphics.
• Collate, sort, and organize customer orders while ensuring high levels of quality control.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of related experience in a digital printing environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Fiery Print Manager.
• Knowledge of BCC software for bulk rate mailing processes.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold the University’s Christ-centered mission and values.
