Print Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts to build long-term partnerships
• Meet with customers to gather job specs and provide recommendations for quality and value
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify growth and upselling opportunities
• Prepare and present accurate cost estimates and convert them into live orders
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification
• Manage proofs, approvals, and production schedules
• Review completed jobs for accuracy and handle client invoicing

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or print account management
• Solid understanding of print production processes including offset, digital, large format, and finishing
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MIS/ERP systems such as EPMS or EFI Pace
