About the role

Responsibilities

  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable application solutions
  • Design and develop integrations between Genesys Cloud and backend CRM or database systems
  • Develop and maintain core PureCloud handlers and integrations
  • Conduct unit, functional, and integration testing to ensure stability and reliability
  • Deploy applications in client environments and provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Monitor system errors and participate in on-call rotations and technical escalations
  • Provide technical mentoring to CCaaS developers and QA analysts
  • Lead technical training initiatives and participate in the hiring process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of software development experience (5+ years preferred)
  • Deep expertise in Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud) development
  • Strong experience with .NET Framework
  • Proficiency with XML, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, JSON, and HTML
  • Deep understanding of application architecture and data modeling
  • Proven experience with integration services and Contact Center domain knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Genesys Engage or Multi-Cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of SQL Database Management
  • Experience with Microsoft Development Platform tools
