Principle Blockchain - Product & Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage token and network configurations, risk identification, and token delisting
• Oversee deposit and withdrawal management, including network congestion and address formats
• Handle wallet balance and fee management, including profit monitoring
• Construct operational tools such as data dashboards, backend tools, and monitoring systems
• Perform operation status diagnosis through daily and weekly analytical reports
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement security measures for digital assets
• Resolve wallet issues by collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Address business needs by overseeing the implementation of comprehensive solutions

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in a relevant field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• In-depth understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web3
• Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and trading platforms
• Proven track record in managing digital asset operations and security protocols
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills
