Principal/Senior Mobile Engineer, CEX

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and delivery of trading market data features for the OKX App, including real-time quotes and K-line charts.
• Lead the team through product development, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of core trading modules.
• Participate in product requirement discussions to define technical solutions that safeguard performance, stability, and user experience.
• Lead the exploration and integration of AI into business scenarios to drive product and technology innovation.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure high-quality feature launches and keep projects on track.
• Mentor the team through technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate engineering proficiency.

Requirements

• Hands-on AI engineering and pipeline development experience, including a solid understanding of LLM fundamentals, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Agent concepts.
• Proven track record of leading mid-to-large-scale projects end-to-end with high standards for technical architecture.
• Strong trading business background, specifically with client-side development experience in a crypto exchange, brokerage, or fintech environment.
• Familiarity with core domains such as order matching, market data display, and asset management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native iOS or Android development background with expertise in platform architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience in client-side team management, including mentoring and technical reviews for teams of 5 or more.
• Experience with on-device AI inference, multimodal client features, or cross-platform architectures like Flutter or React Native.
