Principal/Lead/Senior C++ Developer

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, code, debug, and perform development activities to meet project requirements
• Use C++ and modern programming technologies (C++11/14/17) to provide technical solutions
• Analyze and contribute to system and subsystem requirements specifications and design definitions
• Follow quality standards including unit testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and peer reviews
• Complete high- and low-level software design specifications, storyboards, and interface specifications
• Provide support through the full product lifecycle, including defect maintenance and customer support
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

Requirements

• Strong Object-Oriented Design and modern C++ thinking
• Proficiency with STL containers (Vectors, Maps, Lists, etc.)
• Ability to perform problem decomposition and create custom class structures
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Practical knowledge of Agile processes
• Strong communication and collaborative skills during technical problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Certification in a relevant programming language or framework
• Certified Scrum Master
