About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to define financial processes and configure D365 Finance
- Support configuration, data migration, and end-to-end testing
- Deliver end-user training and coaching tailored to client needs
- Design and test D365 customisations and support go-live activities
- Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and project communications
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure successful delivery
- Lead, provide direction, and mentor consultants
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle D365 Finance implementations
- In-depth knowledge of D365 Finance modules (General Ledger, AP/AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, etc.)
- Strong background working with finance teams
- Ability to translate integration and reporting requirements into technical design
- Experience leading high-performing teams and mentoring others
Preferred Qualifications
- Awareness of business intelligence and AI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Copilot
