Principal/Director Value Creation & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of the Value Creation teams and manage internal processes
• Act as a consulting sparring partner for expert teams and private equity clients
• Identify emerging trends and technologies in digital, tech, and software domains
• Develop and implement tailored strategies for client portfolios
• Support the sales team in acquiring new projects
• Lead the professional and personal development of the team

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting
• Proven track record in business optimisation
• Extensive experience in M&A Consulting, Change Management, or Post Merger Integration
• Practical experience in implementation and integration management
• Experience working in an international business environment
