Principal Value Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a robust Value Engineering practice and engagement model across the GTM organization
• Design sophisticated ROI models, financial impact assessments, and TCO tools
• Partner with account teams to co-lead value-based sales activities with C-suite decision-makers
• Standardize value-selling methodologies across regional teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver training initiatives
• Deliver strategic data on value realization to optimize client expansion and retention
• Track the impact of value engineering on sales velocity, deal size, and win rates

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Management Consulting, or Sales/Business Strategy in B2B enterprise tech
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, ROI calculation, and business case development
• Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with C-suite stakeholders
• Proven success in developing and scaling value engineering frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills for synthesizing complex technical insights into business narratives
• Ability to travel up to 25%
