Principal, Transformation Management

Responsibilities

• Design and lead client-centric transformation programs that integrate people, process, and technology change.
• Orchestrate large-scale Cloud and AI-enabled transformation programs, ensuring they move from experimentation to enterprise-scale delivery.
• Translate transformation strategies into executable roadmaps, managing complex dependencies across business and technology workstreams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, facilitating design sessions to define scope, outcomes, and success measures.
• Contribute to the growth of Slalom’s Transformation Design & Leadership practice by developing playbooks, templates, and mentoring consultants.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or transformation leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing Cloud and AI-enabled transformation programs, including governance and organizational change.
• Strong working fluency in Cloud and AI concepts to effectively manage technical workstreams.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, workforce readiness, and adoption enablement.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Professional fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required.
