Principal Technology Business Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior-level strategic advisor and subject matter expert leading high-visibility technology initiatives
• Drive technology strategy and execution across multiple lines of business to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Lead complex, high-risk, enterprise-wide programs with significant scope, cost, and benefit considerations
• Provide vision and industry expertise to develop effective and efficient technology programs
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance and decision support in key forums
• Drive enterprise transformation and operational excellence through process design and modernization
• Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful end-to-end delivery

Requirements

• 10+ years of Information Technology experience in support of Business Services
• Proven expertise in technology strategy and program management
• Strong skills in process design and large-scale transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and partner across business and technology teams
• Advanced capability in critical thinking, executive communication, and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Capital Markets and Payments
