Principal Technologist

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced packaging technology engagement for key customer new products and applications penetration
• Maintain application position with customer R&D and HVM teams to ensure feedback is integrated into future process wins
• Drive module process and equipment fundamental improvements to meet customer needs
• Define and execute overall NPI program schedules and deliverables to meet critical customer roadmap milestones
• Proactively identify talent and develop team members through a deliberate roadmap
• Develop metrics to measure NPI program performance and drive continuous improvement
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product Marketing, Product Development, and Service Engineering

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 12+ years with a Master's or PhD
• Deep semiconductor field expertise, specifically in Thin Film, PECVD, LPCVD, or ALD module process development
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships with customers and internal organizations
• Effective English oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and influence capabilities across the organization
