Principal Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement world-class recruitment strategies for complex technical roles including Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, and DevOps
• Build long-term relationships with top technical talent in the Austin and wider US markets
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership on talent mapping, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking
• Innovate sourcing techniques and pilot advanced tools to attract top-tier technical professionals
• Utilize data to identify and address hiring challenges and optimize processes for global scalability
• Mentor or manage junior recruiters and sourcers to help develop their skills and careers
• Collaborate with Employer Brand and Marketing teams to execute targeted recruitment campaigns

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an in-house Recruiter with a successful track record in technical recruitment
• Proven expertise in recruiting for product and engineering roles
• Demonstrated ability to source top-tier technical talent using advanced methods
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• A tech-forward mindset with an interest in using emerging HR technologies and automated workflows
