Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data science, ML, product, and technical operations roles
• Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to define role requirements and interview processes
• Proactively source technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche technical communities
• Act as a strategic advisor to engineering and product managers regarding market feedback and talent intelligence
• Develop and improve technical interview frameworks, assessment approaches, and hiring rubrics

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Proven track record hiring senior engineers, data scientists, ML practitioners, and technical PMs
• Exceptional technical sourcing skills including GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search
• High level of technical literacy to engage credibly with engineering talent
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
