Principal Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans that align with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define decision-making procedures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in large organizations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, and managing vendor relations.
• Advanced analytical reasoning skills to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.
• Proven ability to lead through change and manage dependencies in high-pressure, shifting environments.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and driving outcomes aligned with firm objectives.
