Principal Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the company-level program portfolio, maintaining a single source of truth for commitments, capacity, and dependencies
• Translate business commitments into engineering capacity plans and surface tradeoffs
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for senior leadership visibility
• Partner with engineering leads across Hardware, Perception, Platform/Cloud, and Eng Ops for capacity planning
• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic programs spanning multiple engineering pillars and business functions

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in an engineering discipline
• 12+ years in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management
• Proven track record managing concurrent, cross-functional programs in fast-moving environments
• Experience translating business contracts and revenue commitments into engineering sequencing
• Technical fluency across hardware, embedded, cloud, and AI engineering domains
• Strong executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with on-vehicle, edge-deployed, or ruggedized systems
• Background in computer vision, autonomous systems, robotics, or AI/ML programs
• Experience delivering technology to government or municipal clients
• Familiarity with fleet management or sensor hardware platforms
• Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
