Principal Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-impact programs for the Prime Video Living Room app, serving hundreds of millions of global customers.
• Drive the delivery of client development, integration, and cross-organizational programs.
• Influence product roadmaps and drive the definition of new features to enhance customer experience.
• Partner effectively with engineering, design, and applied science teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Manage complex programs across cross-functional teams, including building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Requirements

• Experience in technical product or program management.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience in architectural or system design independent of an architect.
• Proven experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing complex technology projects.
• Background in software development.
• Experience working at a TV network, broadcaster, or online streaming platform.
• Specialization in digital video delivery or streaming media technologies.
