Principal Technical Program Manager - AI/ML Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans aligned with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee complex technology project execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive beneficial outcomes.
• Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms, and software tools.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and incorporating best practices.
• Engage and drive the delivery of multiple AI initiatives across various lines of business.
• Synthesize findings into clear problem statements, recommendations, business cases, and risk assessments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in large organizations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, and managing vendor relations.
• Advanced analytical reasoning skills with the ability to apply critical thinking to technical and operational objectives.
• Proven ability to lead through change and manage dependencies in high-pressure, shifting environments.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and establishing productive professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or exposure within the AI/ML and Data ecosystem space.
• Expertise in the AI and data product lifecycle, including discovery, processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
• Experience working with controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
