Principal Technical Product Owner - AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for enterprise AI initiatives, platforms, and use cases.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities and translate them into actionable roadmaps and user stories.
• Lead discovery and requirements gathering for AI use cases, facilitating workshops to refine scope and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define technical capabilities, including RAG, Agentic AI, and Model Orchestration.
• Partner with cloud and data engineering teams to deliver capabilities leveraging AWS Bedrock and Snowflake AI.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams, presenting progress and risks to leadership.
• Ensure all AI initiatives comply with enterprise security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Product Management, Scrum, or Agile OR High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of experience in these areas.
• Proven experience delivering AI, Data, Analytics, or Cloud initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, with a preference for AWS.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering AI or Digital Transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex AI, Vector Databases, or GraphRAG.
• Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Professional certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or AWS Cloud/AI certifications.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs involving security, risk, and compliance teams.
