About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage post-sale technical relationships for top-tier agency accounts and brand clients
- Serve as a subject matter expert on measurement strategy, attribution frameworks, and incrementality testing
- Consult on client technology stacks including data clean rooms, CDPs, and identity solutions
- Lead development of project tracking and portfolio-specific goals
- Ideate, scope, and program manage engineering work for custom AI and agentic workflow solutions
- Collaborate with functional leaders to drive efficiency and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role
- Experience with digital advertising technology and agency relationships
- Proficiency in Excel, Office, and Outlook
- Experience with SQL, web technologies, and APIs
- Experience with measurement and analytics tools (e.g., MMM, MTA, incrementality)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML tooling or familiarity with agentic platforms
- Working knowledge of emerging standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Strong project or program management skills
