Principal Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale technical relationships for a portfolio of top-tier agency accounts and brand clients.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on measurement strategy, including attribution frameworks, incrementality testing, and cross-channel reporting.
• Consult on client technology stacks, such as data clean rooms, CDPs, and identity solutions, to drive platform adoption.
• Ideate, scope, and program manage engineering work to facilitate custom solutions, including AI and agentic workflows.
• Lead the development of project tracking and portfolio-specific goals to report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to identify growth opportunities and drive organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Experience with digital advertising technology and agency relationships.
• Familiarity with measurement and analytics tools (e.g., MMM, MTA, incrementality).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SQL, web technologies, and APIs.
• Experience with AI/ML tooling or familiarity with agentic platforms and emerging standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to drive technical solutions.
