About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end enterprise talent management strategies, including talent evaluation, high-potential identification, and performance management.
- Leverage data and analytics to diagnose organizational health trends and translate complex talent data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Architect and implement scalable growth and development programs to accelerate high-value talent and address capability gaps.
- Design talent evaluation and calibration processes to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with leadership principles.
- Drive alignment and adoption of talent management best practices across diverse organizations and geographies.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement for new talent programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnership.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent management programs.
- Experience advising and influencing senior leaders at the Director level and above.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive talent decisions and measure program effectiveness.
- Ability to work proactively and independently in highly ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or advanced certification (e.g., MBA, M.S. in I/O Psychology, SHRM-SCP).
- Experience working within a large, matrixed organization.
- Expertise in organizational network analysis, organizational design, and development.
- Track record of building scalable talent programs adopted across multiple business units.
- Experience with performance management systems, competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
