Principal Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and provide recommendations for proposed AI/ML architecture designs
• Coordinate AI/ML deployments with the customer's enterprise
• Assess program management planning, execution, and reporting for software and advanced technology initiatives
• Support agile development processes using Jira and Confluence
• Develop, document, and ensure reliable and repeatable processes
• Define process improvement strategies and lessons learned

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering with 15+ years of systems engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• AI/ML experience, specifically with LLM-based systems
• Experience in systems engineering, process engineering, and project management
• Familiarity with agile development environments and tools like Jira and Confluence
