Principal Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support X-Band Radar technology through requirements verification and systems engineering integration
• Manage scope planning, milestones, and schedules for systems verification tasks
• Develop scenarios to support testing, data analysis, and software development
• Collaborate with systems engineers to resolve complex radar technical issues
• Present data analysis and technical updates to internal and external customers

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with DOORS and systems integration, test, or verification
• Active and existing U.S. government Secret security clearance required on day one

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting data analysis to program leadership and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps processes, including sprint reviews and PI Planning
• Experience with root cause identification and corrective action implementation
• Ability to facilitate new process and technology integration within engineering teams
