Principal Systems Developer - DevSecOps

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions in collaboration with a small team of developers according to product requirements
• Implement product changes and automated tests
• Follow development workflows including source control, code reviews, and documentation
• Ensure code quality and respond to technical questions from support and sales engineers
• Collaborate with DP Cloud Core, Kernel, Security Architecture, and Managed Services teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Python, GoLang, Java, or similar programming languages
• 5+ years of experience hardening applications and backend systems
• Mastery of cloud technologies including Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS
• Mastery of network security concepts, protocols, and tools
• College degree in engineering or computer science
• Ability to drive results and balance competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Experience with OTel or observability platforms
• Experience with OAuth 2.0/OIDC
• Experience with ObjectScript and C/C++
• Experience with bash or similar shell
• Graduate degree with 10+ years of experience
