Principal, System Product Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level product development ensuring integration with firmware, memory, logic, and connectivity
• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies from NPI through manufacturing ramp
• Translate product requirements into optimized test flows and screening strategies
• Drive failure analysis for qualification and yield issues to identify root causes
• Partner with Test Engineering to develop programs using ATE systems like Advantest and Teradyne
• Define and implement test stack architecture including firmware and software requirements
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
• Deliver executive-level presentations on project status and risk mitigation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
• 6–8 years of experience in memory, storage, or system-level product/test engineering
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python
• Strong understanding of semiconductor IC design and manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and jammers
• Knowledge of high-speed protocols such as NAND, DDR, GDDR, HBM, and PCIe
• Experience with ATE systems (Advantest, Teradyne)
• Domain expertise in DRAM/NAND and SSD technologies
