Principal, System Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system product development for AI infrastructure products
• Drive early system learning through simulation-based validation
• Define test strategies using workload-informed coverage and data-driven screening
• Use AI-assisted analysis to identify coverage gaps and optimize test efficiency
• Lead system-level failure analysis across NPI and qualification phases
• Debug issues across hardware, firmware, and system interactions
• Analyze large-scale test data to identify yield limiters and detect anomalies
• Contribute to and own test firmware development
• Act as product development lead working with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• BS/MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 6–12+ years in system product engineering, validation, or test development
• Strong understanding of system architecture (compute, memory, storage, interconnects)
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++
• Experience with data analysis, failure analysis, and yield optimization
• Hands-on coding or effective AI workflow orchestration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ML-based classification for yield optimization
• Ability to define methodology and drive product development strategy
