Principal System Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system product development for AI infrastructure products across compute, memory, storage, and connectivity subsystems.
• Define workload-driven validation strategies and test strategies using AI-assisted analysis to optimize efficiency and coverage.
• Lead system-level failure analysis during NPI and qualification phases, debugging issues across hardware, firmware, and system interactions.
• Analyze large-scale test data to identify yield limiters and drive data-informed decisions using ML-based classification.
• Contribute to test firmware development and act as a cross-functional lead working with Design, FW, HW, SW, and Operations teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, debug, and test development workflows.

Requirements

• BS/MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6–12+ years of experience in system product engineering, validation, or test development.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, including compute, memory, storage, and interconnects.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++.
• Proven experience with data analysis, failure analysis, and yield optimization.
• Strong product ownership skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows and spec-to-code generation.
• Ability to define new methodologies and engineering playbooks.
• Experience in workload-driven product development for AI infrastructure.
