Principal System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform integrated analysis and evaluation of GDA test events, including Flight, Ground, and Cyber Tests.
• Support engineering milestones across multiple systems and collaborate with MDA stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy.
• Lead or support technical interchange meetings (TIMs), action tracking, and meeting coordination.
• Develop executive-level briefings, technical papers, and correspondence for senior leaders, including Flag Officers and SES personnel.
• Represent the Government customer in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, and forums.
• Apply engineering tools such as DOORS and Qlik for analysis and coordination.
• Support system security efforts, including compliance tracking and cybersecurity integration.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 12+ years of experience in missile defense or complex DoD programs, OR a Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Strong understanding of MDA systems engineering processes, procedures, and system architecture.
• Experience with MDA and GDA system elements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
• Proven ability to develop and deliver technical briefings to senior decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field in addition to a Master's degree in a STEM field.
• Strong understanding of the Command & Control framework for missile defense systems.
• Experience in Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE).
• Deep understanding of the full test process, including walkup activities, execution, and post-test analysis.
