Principal, Supply Chain Program Management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for supply chain operations, driving the Supply Chain IPT to support complex development programs and business growth.
• Support proposals and new business pursuits by providing strategic and tactical guidance to execute business goals.
• Review and approve labor Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and document proposal packages.
• Identify and implement initiatives to optimize supply chain effectiveness, including identifying alternate sources and technology insertions.
• Support the creation and execution of acquisition strategies to reduce costs associated with critical suppliers and path parts.
• Lead the supply chain team in communicating strategies, risk management, cost management, and performance metrics.
• Identify process gaps and implement solutions, influencing leadership to adopt new practices and business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Graduate Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, OR
• 16+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active US Government Secret Security clearance.
• Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain processes, systems, and program management principles.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Cost Account Management (CAM) certification.
• Program Management or ASCM certifications.
• Lean Six Sigma experience (Green or Black belt certification).
• Experience with ERP/PLM systems such as CINCOM Control, Agile PLM/PDM, or PeopleSoft.
