About the Company

Enpal is Germany's first green unicorn, aiming to put a solar system on every roof, a storage unit in every house, and an e-car in every garage. Through their AI-powered platform Enpal.One+, they provide integrated solutions for decentralized energy, including solar panels, battery storage, wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Concept, implement, and continuously improve lead-steering mechanics and sales processes
• Build, scale, and optimize sales funnels and develop new growth initiatives
• Analyze performance, funnel, and process KPIs to derive data-driven recommendations
• Manage and optimize operational business processes
• Identify process inefficiencies and independently implement sustainable improvement measures
• Collaborate closely with C-level and teams in Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute strategic projects

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in a high-performance startup, scale-up, or management consultancy
• Solid experience in operations or managing cross-functional projects with high implementation competence
• Experience in analyzing, optimizing, and scaling business processes
• Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality and operational excellence
• Ideally, experience in Sales, Revenue Operations, or Performance Management
• Native-level fluency in German (written and spoken)
