Principal, Strategy & Corporate Development

Responsibilities

• Define the company's medium and long-term strategy through the annual corporate strategic planning process, including industry landscape and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Development team to define proactive M&A plans and drive due diligence on strategic acquisitions.
• Lead C-suite level projects to address emerging strategic opportunities, owning the end-to-end process from hypothesis development to actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Business Units to develop business strategies and identify priority investments across product, engineering, and go-to-market functions.
• Work cross-functionally to operationalize critical strategic initiatives and establish strategic KPIs.
• Support the CEO, CSO, and other senior executives on strategy-related communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management consulting, private equity, or investment banking.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills with experience building P&L projections, market models, business cases, and valuation analyses.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to generate data-driven insights.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex findings to an executive audience.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Semiconductor or Software industry.
• MBA degree.
• Experience with M&A due diligence.
