Principal Strategist - Growth and Acquisition Media

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for acquisition marketing strategy across DISH TV and Sling TV
• Orchestrate a complex paid media ecosystem including OTT, Search, Social, and Affiliate channels to drive profitable subscriber growth
• Support the development of annual and quarterly media budgets through data-backed channel performance evaluations
• Execute multi-channel campaigns across broadcast and performance digital to ensure a unified market presence
• Optimize the total media mix using econometric modeling and incrementality testing to improve ROI
• Partner with Brand, Finance, and MarTech teams to align media tactics with product roadmaps and financial targets
• Leverage AI-driven capabilities like DCO and personalization to maximize ROMI through high-converting creative strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional media or marketing campaigns in high-velocity environments
• Hands-on experience with Google Search, Bing, META, and major DSPs
• Proficiency with attribution and ad-serving platforms such as Kochava, Impact, and Flashtalking
• Experience with econometric modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing frameworks
