Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deal ownership including discovery, vision pitch, scope, ROI, governance, security, procurement, and contract
• Maintain trusted, long-term partnerships with C-suite executives (CEOs, CFOs, CMOs) to ensure strategic alignment
• Conduct multi-level strategic discovery with Departmental Heads and Service Line Leaders to uncover clinical and operational AI use cases
• Perform healthcare economic analysis to prioritize use cases based on impact on margins, labor capacity, and clinical outcomes
• Navigate complex political and matrixed environments of $5B+ health systems to drive consensus
• Drive exponential account expansion by identifying new high-impact use cases and increasing enterprise utilization
• Partner with internal Delivery, Clinical, and Product teams to transition opportunities to technical implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MHA preferred
• 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise healthcare transformation, strategic sales, or management consulting
• Proven track record of personally closing or expanding $2M+ enterprise deals at health systems
• Exceptional commercial and clinical fluency to engage C-suite stakeholders on margin, workflow, and technical strategy
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in novel categories
• Willingness to travel 50%+ for on-site discovery and executive engagement
