Principal, Strategic Data Center Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for structuring, negotiating, and executing complex investment partnerships focused on data center and power development
• Grow and lead the strategic partnerships program by identifying and commercially structuring development partner opportunities
• Collaborate with leaders across design, engineering, construction, finance, and legal to execute aggressive capacity targets
• Lead detailed financial modeling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis of potential investments to ensure commercial viability
• Build and align governance around partnership arrangements and develop long-term relationships with key third-party partners
• Interface with the global investment and infrastructure community to meet Meta's infrastructure needs
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (25%+)

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in private equity, investments, or infrastructure development with a focus on data center or power infrastructure
• Proven experience in financial structuring, investment analysis, and managing infrastructure assets
• Track record of delivering large capital projects leveraging complex commercial structures
• Experience driving decision-making in ambiguous environments and influencing executive stakeholders
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the data center industry or international infrastructure development
• 12+ years of commercial real estate investment and development experience
• Private equity or investment banking experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, MBA, or J.D.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
