Principal Stakeholder Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate stakeholder and statutory authority engagement for complex development projects.
• Drive the design process from concept through detailed design and delivery, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage compliance with architectural design teams on large-scale projects and ensure design meets all statutory authority requirements.
• Review and manage design applications for authority approvals, permits, and NOCs.
• Represent the practice in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Monitor and report on the status of all submissions and authority engagements.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, and client engagement activities.
• Manage key stakeholder interfaces and prepare process flow charts related to approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Deep knowledge of authority requirements and the design NOC process.
• Proven ability to build working relationships with statutory authorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong skills in building design, masterplanning, and project management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
