About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of logistics and material flow systems at the Richmond manufacturing site.
  • Manage the build-out and operational readiness of logistics infrastructure, including ASRS, material conveyance, and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).
  • Create and maintain a site-level Plan for Every Part (PFEP) incorporating supplier data and SAP bill-of-material items.
  • Support the commissioning and qualification of automated material handling systems.
  • Develop Logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in partnership with Operations, Quality, and Safety.
  • Monitor daily system performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage change controls and support quality investigations related to warehouse operations.
  • Provide daily operational support for inbound receipts, kitting, replenishment, and daily shipments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics, materials management, or supply chain engineering role.
  • Experience with ERP systems is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or MSc degree.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP EWM.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience or certification.
  • Experience with automated storage and material handling systems (ASRS, AMRs, AGVs, conveyance).
  • Solid understanding of GMP requirements and data integrity principles in a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated project management capability and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
