About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support scheduling activities for programs, managing low-risk or complex portions of larger programs.
  • Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
  • Work closely with cost analysts to reconcile cost and schedule, addressing root causes of any mismatches.
  • Develop and coordinate integrated master plans and integrated master schedules to meet program objectives.
  • Track plans and schedules, identify critical path conflicts, and resolve network logic issues.
  • Utilize milestone charts and earned value management (EVM) to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
  • Ensure major projects are integrated across functional groups including Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

Requirements

  • University Degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience.
  • Proven experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for access to specific program information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Program Finance.
  • Experience with Program Scheduling.
