Principal Specialist - Office of the Executive Director for Licensing

Responsibilities

• Drive CEO-directed projects governance by coordinating committees, programs, and audits.
• Execute project and budget tracking, including monitoring contractual plans and disbursement.
• Advise on committee charters, annual plans, KPIs, and risk registers.
• Coordinate CEO-headed committees, including meeting planning, implementation follow-up, and KPI tracking.
• Provide data-driven reports, risk updates, and performance monitoring for the Licensing Agency.
• Manage the leadership meeting for the Licensing Agency and follow up on issued directions.
• Oversee the closure of Internal Audit findings and monitor compliance with operational service level agreements.
• Plan and coordinate Director General visits, including logistics and agenda management.
• Recommend improvements to committee governance, project tracking, and change control documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Project Management, or Public Administration with 9+ years of experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 11+ years of experience.
• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
