About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of HR processes from Business Unit HR teams to the Shared Services model
- Define scope, document processes, and coordinate knowledge transfer to ensure service stabilization
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize HR processes using continuous improvement principles
- Provide specialized HR operational support and guidance to managers and employees regarding complex policies
- Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and operational practices
- Apply CORE tools and methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and strengthen operational performance
Requirements
- Experience in Human Resources, specifically within HR Operations or a Shared Services environment
- Proven experience supporting projects related to process transitions, operational improvements, or change initiatives
- Strong understanding of service delivery models and continuous improvement practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in both English and French to communicate effectively in a global and local context
