Principal Specialist, HR Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of HR processes from Business Unit HR teams to the Shared Services model
• Define scope, document processes, and coordinate knowledge transfer to ensure service stabilization
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize HR processes using continuous improvement principles
• Provide specialized HR operational support and guidance to managers and employees regarding complex policies
• Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service
• Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and operational practices
• Apply CORE tools and methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and strengthen operational performance

Requirements

• Experience in Human Resources, specifically within HR Operations or a Shared Services environment
• Proven experience supporting projects related to process transitions, operational improvements, or change initiatives
• Strong understanding of service delivery models and continuous improvement practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in both English and French to communicate effectively in a global and local context
