About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer quotations based on technical requirements, service scope, and pricing guidelines
- Review invoices for accuracy, contract compliance, and alignment with approved pricing structures
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding pricing, service status, and lead times
- Partner with engineering, planning, operations, and finance teams to support timely quotation and invoicing activities
- Monitor work orders to ensure accurate cost capture and proper commercial setup within internal systems
- Support the resolution of pricing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and customer claims
- Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and transactional records across business systems
- Identify opportunities to improve invoicing efficiency and quotation turnaround times
Requirements
- University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years of experience
- Prior experience in technical customer service, commercial operations, or order administration
- Experience in quotation management, billing, or invoicing within a manufacturing, industrial, or aerospace environment
- Proven ability to interpret technical, contractual, and commercial information to support customer requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting commercial activities within the semiconductor, MRO, or aerospace industries
- Proficiency using ERP systems such as SAP, Epicor, or similar business management platforms
- Familiarity with technical repair terminology and industrial service workflows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume operational environment
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
