About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies, development plans, and enhancement initiatives for the RTA brand.
- Enforce brand guidelines, including logo usage, brand personality, and correct application across all platforms.
- Lead marketing campaign planning, execution, and evaluation to increase brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage corporate identity frameworks and develop new departmental identities as required to ensure visual consistency.
- Coordinate market research and public opinion studies to measure brand strength and corporate reputation.
- Monitor marketing performance through KPIs and ROI analysis for all advertising and branding activities.
- Oversee CSR and community engagement programs to support sustainable development and national identity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to design brand names and visual elements in alignment with legal and strategic requirements.
- Train internal teams on corporate identity processes, quality procedures, and innovation methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication.
- Minimum of 11 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 9 years with a Master's degree.
- Proven experience in managing CSR and community engagement programs.
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and measuring marketing effectiveness.
- Expertise in marketing campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in project management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in CRM and customer experience management.
- Ability to manage and evaluate budgets and financial plans.
