About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full life cycle of proposals and contracts, ensuring compliance with government regulations (FAR/DFAR) and company policies.
- Manage the preparation, review, and submission of proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Conduct detailed reviews of U.S. Government and Prime Contractor solicitations to develop proposal costing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, legal, and program management to meet deadlines and develop competitive bids.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, including analyzing subcontracts for risks, conflicts, and ambiguities.
- Manage subcontractor performance to support technical, schedule, quality, and financial objectives.
- Develop pricing for standard and custom power conversion products and manage change orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or a technical field.
- 6-9 years of experience in the US defense/aerospace industry.
- Proven track record in contracting, procurement, program, or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and proposal management systems.
- Must be a US citizen, Permanent US resident, or a protected individual as defined by 8 USC 1324b (a) (3).
