About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive integrated bus station performance by governing readiness, safety, reliability, and customer experience across the network.
  • Advise on strategic planning for station performance enhancement and Excellence File preparation.
  • Review station operations, safety standards, and contingency, crowd, and crisis-management plans.
  • Monitor the management of bus stations, facilities, staff, and customer-information services through reports and site visits.
  • Review arrival and departure performance, schedule adherence, and trip deviations in coordination with Control Centres.
  • Assess fare-inspection results, evasion patterns, and Lost and Found processes to recommend improvements.
  • Inspect tenant compliance and commercial-asset reports regarding safety, security, and cleanliness.
  • Review infrastructure development proposals and assess preventive and corrective maintenance performance.
  • Analyze KPIs, customer feedback, and operational reports to recommend and monitor improvement initiatives.
  • Review audit observations and incident investigations to track the closure of corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Emirati nationality is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
  • Master's Degree in Transport Management or Business Administration is preferred.
  • 11+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
  • 9+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree.
