Principal Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies for Foundry, OSAT, Substrates, and Test
• Analyze industry trends, supplier capabilities, and cost structures to identify innovation and cost-saving opportunities
• Build should-cost models, total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses, and financial assessments
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs
• Drive supplier relationship management (SRM) programs to ensure performance and compliance
• Partner with R&D and engineering teams to align sourcing with technology roadmaps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in technical sourcing, procurement, or supplier management in semiconductor or cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Datacenter Infrastructure technology trends
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations such as Capacity Reservation Agreements and SOWs

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management
• Direct experience working with Foundries, OSATs, and Test houses
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
