Principal Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert on systems integrations during major sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver proposals, RFPs, and custom proof-of-concepts
• Lead technical deep dive discussions to architect integrations and advise on best practices
• Support Sales Teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration design
• Coordinate with R&D and partner teams to influence product capabilities
• Drive Sales and Marketing efforts through high-quality sales proposals and assets
• Maintain all sales cycle activities within Salesforce.com

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in a Solution Engineering role
• Proven track record in customer discovery, product demonstrations, and proof projects
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with senior leadership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Tangible experience within the software industry
