Principal Solutions Engineer Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic enablement partner for SE leadership, diagnosing skill gaps and prescribing targeted interventions
• Curate and quality-gate enablement content, including validating AI outputs for accuracy
• Diagnose field needs using signals from Gong, Salesforce, and theater-level data analysis
• Design activation experiences using various modalities such as hands-on labs, AI skills, and peer learning
• Act as a connector between Product, Field, Leadership, and the Learner to align with release cadences
• Scale local enablement to org-wide capability and collaborate with the Global SE Onboarding team

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space
• Bachelor's degree
• Deep technical expertise in SQL, Python, and/or skills database OLAP/OLTP
• Proven experience designing, building, and delivering enablement programs
• Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen
• Ability to lead through influence and manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Snowflake experience, SnowPro Core, or SnowPro Advanced certification
• Experience with Data Science or Spark
