Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts
• Lead technical issue resolution and partner with Support and Engineering on escalations
• Guide customers in extending products to support AI and agentic use cases like LLM gateways
• Proactively drive product adoption by identifying new use cases
• Consult on architectural best practices, performance tuning, and operational excellence
• Design and deliver tailored training sessions, workshops, and enablement content
• Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for Product Management and Engineering
• Partner with account teams to manage technical risk and expansion opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, SRE, or Senior Support Engineer)
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, service mesh (Istio, Cilium), and API gateways/proxies (Envoy, Gloo Gateway)
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, or agentic frameworks
• Proven track record managing technical relationships with large enterprise customers
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex production environments
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (Go, Python, or Bash)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience
