Founded by executives from HubSpot, Google and Stripe, Maven builds conversational AI agents capable of delivering accurate, autonomous support that delights customers at scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Engineering to validate platform fit, integration complexity, and implementation risks before SOWs are finalized.
• Design production-grade reference architectures for multi-channel AI agent systems including integrations with CCaaS, CRM, and data warehouses.
• Guide Forward Deployed Engineers through architecture decisions, edge cases, CI/CD, and launch readiness.
• Convert strategic deployments into reusable assets such as integration templates, eval harnesses, and implementation checklists.
• Lead architecture and security reviews with VP/C-level sponsors and technical staff.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to turn field patterns into core product improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture, Applied Engineering, or customer-facing technical leadership for enterprise SaaS, data, ML, or AI products.
• Proven track record of taking complex enterprise technical solutions from POC into production.
• Strong system design skills (APIs, event-driven systems, data modeling, observability).
• Practical AI/LLM depth including RAG, tool use, prompt evaluation, and agent orchestration.
• Hands-on technical fluency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or similar.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills for executive and technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Contact Center/CCaaS platforms like Genesys, Five9, or Twilio.
• Depth with customer support systems like Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience in regulated data environments (financial services, healthcare, etc.).
• Experience at a frontier AI company or high-growth SaaS company.
• Prior experience building a technical function from zero to one.
