Principal Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements using a consultative approach to understand customer business goals
• Translate complex business requirements into specific technical systems and applications
• Provide post-sales implementation architecture and engineering services for managed services customers
• Lead the implementation of solutioned services using industry-standard technologies
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation for integration infrastructure issues
• Manage IOP-related incidents and troubleshoot complex technical problems for a global customer base
• Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and ongoing service improvements

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional platform integration engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Hands-on experience with system integration and technical process workflows
• Extensive experience in Azure in a Developer role, including administration and data communication
• Experience using Boomi to facilitate data communication between systems
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM (IT Service Management) solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in customer-facing roles within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
• Azure certifications (Foundations, Administrator, or Developer)
